About Us
Three retired gentlemen with minds too active to become "retired" decided to explore their common interests with a view to keeping somewhat active. We agreed to work together to purchase land in Nova Scotia and sell it at a modest profit. We follow up local tax sales and other opportunities to purchase property at reasonable prices. Since our overhead is low we are able to offer most of our acquisitions for sale at wholesale prices. Initially we confined our activities to Halifax County, Nova Scotia. However, when opportunities arise elsewhere, we explore them and plan to continue to do so. One of us has an interest in property in New Brunswick and we are exploring purchases in other parts of Nova Scotia. If you have a wilderness or recreational property anywhere in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick that you wish to sell, we are interested in talking to you.
Financing Available
We will finance at a reasonable interest rate and with a small down payment
regardless of past credit history. 15% annual interest rate without a credit
check. 10% if past credit history is good.
